Sharp Gallery presents new works by artist Rod Engel, April 14- May 10, 2007. Off the coast of Croatia on a small remote island called Sipan, Rod found the inspiration for his current works of art.  This inspiration was from European Modern Master Joze Ciuha.  Working alongside Joze on and off for several years, Rod began bringing more creative freedom to his cubist style.  Evolving as an artist, his new paintings combine his cubist past and his contemporary vision of today.
